Heads up!

Eastbound Mineral Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Southpark Lane to Southpark Terrace starting the week of September 15, with plans to reopen in late October.

Detour: Drivers can use Southpark Lane as an alternate route. Westbound Mineral Avenue will remain open during construction.

Reason: New infrastructure is being installed to support the upcoming Costco project, including water lines, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, asphalt, and medians.
